Training and Development
In July 1998 we achieved the prestigious Investors in People award, the first Motor Retailer group to do so, a fact that demonstrates we believe in and recognise the value of our people, their performance and their contribution. In September 2009 we gained re-accreditation for a further 3 years.
Our training and development starts the day you commence employment, with a full induction of our business, providing an insight into our company's culture, values and aspirations.

We have a number of 1 day workshops and training modules, covering a wide range of motor trade related topics, geared to help you develop as an individual, because we understand that it is to everyone's benefit if you realise your full potential.
