Our great value 'drop and go' option means you can keep costs down while the high quality of your vehicle's service remains the same. Just choose a convenient day to drop off your car and our trained technicians will give your Mercedes-Benz the expert service it deserves. Whilst booked in for a service we’ll also ensure your car is cleaned inside and out.
Just select a fixed appointment from 8am and then relax while you wait in our stylish lounge with a dedicated business area and kids’ zone. While you’re waiting in the lounge we have TV, newspapers, refreshments, and free Wi-Fi .
Not only do you have a comfortable area to wait but on arrival you will receive allocated parking and a dedicated Service Team Manager.
Take advantage of a fully insured loan car. Select a fixed appointment between 8am and 11am to drop your car off and we’ll keep you on the move while we're taking care of your service.
We will keep you updated throughout the day on the progress and whether any additional work is identified. On both arrival in the morning and return in the evening you will have an allocated parking space near to the entrance.
We'll collect your car from your home or work between 8am and 11am and return it when your service is complete by 6pm the same day, leaving you the carry on your day hassle free.
We will endeavour to call you 24 hours prior to the appointment to confirm details and will be in regular contact throughout the day of the service on the progress of your car. If any additional work is identified you can rest assured that we will not carry anything out prior to your approval.

Prices start at just £23* a month. That’s less than £1 a day, so servicing your car could cost less than your daily cup of coffee.
We guarantee the price of parts and labour for up to four services. This includes any recommended parts replacements such as brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and screen wash.
You can arrange your services at any Mercedes-Benz Retailer in the UK, where our Mercedes-Benz-trained technicians use Genuine Parts that come with two years unlimited mileage warranty.

Once your car has reached 3 years old, you are required by law to have a MOT test carried out every year.

During the MOT (Ministry of Transport) test, an approved tester checks that your car meets minimum acceptable road safety and environmental standards. The MOT tester checks a wide range of your car’s components, including vehicle structure, exhaust emissions, seat belts, doors, mirrors, brakes, lights, wipers, washers and your windscreen.
