We are pleased to announce that our Jaguar dealership in Perth has recently topped the table for customer satisfaction (Aftersales) for their region for the first 3 months of the year.
The manufacturer Customer Liaison Programme is designed to measure customer satisfaction. Customers are asked to complete a short survey to feedback their experience following their last visit. 8 dealerships within the region compete to be the best.
