Take on the Stratstone Super Seven Challenge for a chance to win a supercar worth a staggering £100k!

Have you always dreamed of owning a supercar? Have you also always baulked at the six-figure prices and resigned yourself to a life of second-hand mediocrity rather than unparalleled luxury? Well, dream no longer.

The Royal Berkshire Shooting School has teamed up with premium automotive retailer Stratstone to present a simulated game shooting competition like never before. The Stratstone Super Seven Challenge will offer entrants the chance to compete for one of seven brand new, top spec supercars. Worth up to £100,000 each, the pool of extraordinary prizes includes a Porsche 911 Carrera 2S Cabriolet, Range Rover Vogue, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Jaguar F-Type V8 S, Morgan Aero Supersport, Jaguar XKR-S Coupe plus the all-new 2014 Range Rover Sport.

Launching at the Pangbourne-based Shooting School to coincide with the opening of the game season on 1 October 2013, the Stratstone Super Seven Challenge will run until 31 January 2014.

Entry costs just £50, which includes 50 warm-up birds plus two attempts at the Challenge, which sees competitors shoot at a pre-designed sequence of 25 birds off the legendary 120-foot Tower using 26 cartridges. The 20 highest scoring individuals will then go through to a nail-biting final in February 2014. Adjudicated by double trap Olympic gold medallist Peter Wilson, the overall winner must shoot 23 or more of the 25 birds. In the event of more than one individual achieving that feat, the highest score will win or it will go to a shoot-off to decide the winner.

The Royal Berkshire Shooting School’s Managing Director, Dylan Williams commented that this competition is a first for the shooting industry. “Never before has a shooting competition offered such an exceptional prize with such prestigious global brands involved. This Challenge will appeal to game shooters as much as clay shooters, as the birds are designed to mimic high West Country-style pheasants. If you want to be in with a chance, spend this summer underneath our Tower perfecting your swing with one of our super seven instructors.”

Stratstone’s Managing Director, James Brearley, added that he was thrilled to bring all seven cars together for the competition. “The Stratstone Super Seven Challenge offers one shooter a once-in-lifetime opportunity to own one of the most coveted cars on the market today. With a prize of such magnitude on offer, the pressure to win will be immense. We are also giving every entrant a voucher worth £250 to be redeemed against any Stratstone New car purchase.”
