Stratstone Aston Martin of Mayfair partnered with fellow British heritage brand James Purdey and Sons as they launched their new spring summer 2016 collection.

Like Stratstone, James Purdey and Sons are a prominent brand in the Capital who began making the finest quality guns, rifles and shooting equipment in 1814.

The exclusive event, held at Purdey's Audley House showcased the new collection to selected guests of Stratstone and Purdey. The range includes a classic selection of must-have shooting accessories for 2016, such as ladies' hand-painted feathers silk scarf and sisal hats, as well as mens' linen suiting from Purdey's menswear designer Tom Harrison.

Guests were able to browse the new styles whilst enjoying a selection of canapés such as chorizo scotch quails eggs and gin and beetroot cured salmon.

Audley House, of London's South Audley Street, is a building with fantastic character that served as the ideal setting for a relaxed evening. Designed by architect William Lambert and completed by B.E. Nightingale in 1883, the location played a part during the battle planning for the D-Day Landings.

On arrival, the Aston Martin Rapide S and Aston Martin Special Q Edition V8 Vantage S also served to impress. The Rapide S is the ultimate expression of four-door luxury, whilst the Q edition V8 Vantage S is just one of 16 examples produced.

Designed exclusively by Stratstone alongside Aston Martin's award-winning design team, this limited-edition vehicle is the embodiment of creativity and innovation. Experience the event in the gallery below:
