The Star Trust aims to raise funds for a huge variety of different charities across the East Midlands, and hosts an annual calendar of events and prestigious occasions open to exclusive invitees. Over the course of three years, the Star Trust has raised over £500,000 for organisations in the local area.
Porsche Centre Nottingham joined 32 driving and 16 non-driving guests to the annual event, which began at Belvoir Castle. Several excellent Porsche models featured here, such as the Porsche Boxster S and the Macan S Diesel.
The fantastic weather meant customers couldn't resist a drive in convoy up the A1 in several new 911 models, to their next destination at PF International Kart Circuit. PFI is the largest outdoor karting circuit in the UK, and is the only short-circuit Kart track in the UK to receive an 'A' grade track licence.
Guests revelled in the chance to take a Go-Kart round the circuit and there were plenty of other activities with fun for all ages including the Porsche Boxster Slalom, Digger training and even HGV truck driving to really put visitor's driving skills to the test! All-in-all, the Annual Motoring Day was thoroughly enjoyed by all guests, whilst helping to raise money for hard-working charities across the East Midlands.
