Team members at Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow donned every shade of pink, from fuchsia to flamingo, to help to raise almost £900 for charity in just one day.

Team members got out their dress-up boxes and dressed up in all things pink. They also hosted a range of activities, from a bake sale full of home-made treats to a charity raffle with a great selection of prizes of for grabs for the customers and team alike.

After a day of fundraising on October 31st, the team managed to raise a fantastic £896.77 which went towards Stratstone's October charity initiative, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. All of the money raised by the Stratstone group will go to Breast Cancer Care, a charity with national coverage.

Grant Cameron, Dealer Principal at Mercedes-Benz of Glasgow said: "We had a fantastic time and I am thoroughly proud of the team for their efforts. We helped to raise a huge amount which will go towards a worthwhile cause helping those affected by breast cancer."

Through raising awareness and providing support to those who have been affected by breast cancer, Breast Cancer Care have been active in the community since 1973. Breast Cancer Care hosts an annual fashion show involving women with breast cancer as models, and has a national footprint. More information can be found at Breast Cancer Care.
