Celebrating the Anniversary of Nottingham Rugby

Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham will be joining Nottingham Rugby in their anniversary celebrations at their event on Sunday 5th March 2017. As they reach their 140th anniversary, the Rugby Union side of Nottingham Rugby is being supported by the local Stratstone retailer, and we are delighted that Stratstone Land Rover are now proud sponsors of the side.
To mark the 140th year, Nottingham Rugby will be taking on their Midland Rivals, the Bedford Blues on Sunday 5th March 2017 at their home club in Lady Bay, with the match kicking off at 3pm. After the league game, they will be throwing a community lunch in celebration, after what they hope will be a thrilling victory. There will also be a post-game presentation with the Mayor of Nottingham and fellow club sponsors in attendance.
By sponsoring Nottingham Rugby, Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham has contributed to the development of the academy side and has encouraged engagement with the local community, enabling younger enthusiasts from a variety of backgrounds to enjoy and get involved with rugby.
Stratstone Land Rover Nottingham has sponsored the Green King IPA Championship since 2015 which Nottingham Rugby are a part of; this partnership has been a resounding success for academy players as they continue to develop and bring dedicated fans to games. We are excited to see how this continues to positively impact the whole club and local community.
