What is the Premium Guarantee?
The Stratstone Premium Guarantee aims to make owning and driving a car less stressful, providing cover on a range of mechanical and electrical components for an extended period of time if you purchase your car from Stratstone.
With prices starting from £395*, you are able to choose from 12, 24, or 36 months of cover, depending on what suits your lifestyle and intended length of ownership. Terms and conditions apply.
If you are in the unfortunate situation of being broken down, simply give us a call and a member of our team will head out and attempt to fix your vehicle at the roadside. If your car is unable to be repaired at the roadside, we will recover your vehicle for you.
If you have discovered a fault with your car, simply email ehg@pendragon.uk.com with the fault details, your name, and registration number, and we will arrange an inspection at your nearest Stratstone retailer for the issue to be identified**.

What are the benefits of the Premium Guarantee?
Expenses Covered
If you suffer an issue while away from home, you will be entitled to £150 per day inc. VAT towards the cost of overnight accommodation or transport home.
Car Hire
Whilst your vehicle is being repaired, you can claim up to £30 per day inc. VAT towards the cost of a hire car.
Roadside Assistance
If you are left stranded at the roadside, we can arrange for you and your car to be safely repaired or recovered.
Unlimited Claims
As long as the total price of repairs does not exceed the total purchase price of the vehicle, you can rest assured knowing it is covered.
Stratstone's Free 3-Month Guarantee
If you are not looking for the additional cover provided by the Premium Guarantee, you can rest assured knowing that any car you purchase from us is covered for 3 months.
The Free 3-Month Guarantee covers the same components listed above, meaning you are covered from unexpected issues whilst you get to grips with your new car.
Every car brought from Stratstone comes with the Free 3-Month Guarantee – an associate at your chosen Stratstone retailer will provide further information when you purchase your vehicle.

*The price of your policy will depend on the age and mileage of your vehicle, as well as the length of cover you choose. There is no limit to the amount of claims you can make on your policy, provided the total amount of claims do not exceed the price you paid for your vehicle.
