Free home deliveryIf you are unable to visit us to pick up your new car, don’t worry, we will come to you. Whether you're buying a brand new or a used car, free local home delivery appointments will be available within our business opening hours, subject to availability.
As you would expect, additional cleaning procedures will be carried out to ensure your new vehicle is delivered fully cleaned and sanitised.
Please be advised if you have a vehicle to part exchange, we may be required to organise more than one home appointment so we can fully appraise your car and provide you with an accurate valuation as part of your new vehicle purchase.*
Free service/MOT collection & deliveryDuring our normal business opening hours, for no extra cost we will collect your car from your work or home for servicing, MOT and mechanical repairs - provided you’re local to us.
We will keep in contact over the phone and send you a video vehicle health check of your vehicle whilst it is with us. Once your car is ready, we’ll deliver it back to you, cleaned and fully sanitised.
Our ‘We come to you’ Services are subject to availability and are within a reasonable local distance from the supplying/servicing dealership. For health and safety and protection of our Associates, social distancing advice will be followed at all times.

Virtual test drive & test drive to youAll our retailers will be happy to email you more detailed videos of any of our cars in stock to answer any questions you may have around features and specifications. Depending on the device you are using we can help set up FaceTime and video calls to offer you a virtual test drive experience.
If you’re local to one of our dealers and keen to reserve a car but really want to test drive it, we can arrange to bring it to your home or work address for demonstration, if you’re not comfortable visiting us.
This is an accompanied vehicle demonstration drive, subject to availability and within our business opening hours. For the safeguarding of our Associates and customers, all parties will declare wellness before a test drive is agreed. Extra hygiene regimes will be followed and an electronic copy of your driving licence must be supplied.
Arranging your FinanceRepresentative finance examples are shown against the vehicles we have advertised and many of our used cars have a calculator so you can adjust the finance term and deposit to suit your requirements.
Our dealer team are on hand to help organise your finance over the phone and we have e-signature documentation available so there’s no need to come into one of our retailers to organise this.
Booking your service & MOTOur service centres are open with slots and capacity for MOT and service work. Keeping your car roadworthy in these challenging times is really important. You can book your car in online and right now, subject to availability we are offering free, local collection and delivery service to pick your car up from home and deliver back to you – fully cleaned.
Spread the cost with Payment AssistIf you’re concerned about the expense of servicing your car or any repairs, we have Payment Assist, a 0% interest free way of spreading the cost of your servicing work, all of which can be set up remotely over the phone with one of our Service Advisors. There’s no credit check involved and you can break down your servicing bill into regular monthly payments to make it more manageable.
Service Plan & Extended WarrantyYou can set up a service plan over the phone for your car, allowing you to fix and spread your yearly servicing costs - interest free - by paying monthly.
We can also arrange to extend your car's warranty over the phone – simply contact your nearest dealer and a member of our team will be able to advise you.
*Terms applicable to Home Delivery
If the Vehicle is purchased at a distance within the meaning of The Consumer Contracts (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Customer may within 14 working days of Delivery cancel the contract and require the seller to refund the purchase price. In this instance, the customer must keep the Goods in a reasonable condition and return the goods or make them available for collection, pay the company’s reasonable costs of collection, where the Vehicle odometer records more than 250 miles travelled from the odometer reading at Delivery (as shown on the Invoice) the sum of £1 per mile over 250 miles, and the reasonable costs of any rectification works for damage caused to the Vehicle whilst in the Customers possession.
1 DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
1.1 Delivery of the Vehicle shall be deemed to have been made when the Company supplies to the Customer the Vehicle and the Vehicle invoice;
1.2 Delivery shall be made at a time and date agreed between the Company and the Customer within Dealership opening hours and specified in the Order Confirmation. Any dates quoted for delivery and collection for the Goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any delay in Delivery of the Goods. Times for Delivery and Collection shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Company in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Company in advance of the quoted delivery date.
1.3 If the Company fails to deliver the Goods for any reason other than any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control or the Customer’s fault, the Company shall not be liable to the Customer, beyond reimbursement of the Purchase Price paid by the Customer as set out on the Vehicle invoice.
1.4 If the Customer fails to take Delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Company adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for Delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Company, the Company may:
1.4.1 store the Goods until actual Delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
1.4.2 terminate the contract
