Supercar Saturday at Ace Cafe London

Ace Café is famous for holding regular car and bike meets, showcasing all manufacturers and car cultures. It was therefore the perfect place to tempt car enthusiasts and petrolheads to come and #showusyourmetal, whatever it may be!
The meet took place from 8 until 10am, meaning weekend plans didn't need to be affected. The meet also offered free tea and coffee for all those attending, as well as the option to purchase one of Ace Café's famous breakfasts - a perfect way to start the weekend.
Shortly before 8am, a distinct rumble was heard in the distance. The unmistakable sound of a V12 grew louder as it approached the Ace Café, before pulling in to reveal itself as a Mk1 Aston Martin V12 Vanquish S, finished in a dark blue. Shortly after, the Vanquish S was joined by a unique China Grey Aston Martin V12 Vantage S - with contrasting yellow detailing.
With only 150 examples made, it was quite something seeing two Aston Martin Vantage GT8 models at the meet - both in eye-catching custom finishes. One was finished in what is arguably one of the most iconic liveries ever, the famous Gulf livery. The other GT8 came a little later on, finished in a sharp grey colour with bright blue details. Both sounded absolutely incredible and delighted all those enjoying their breakfast.
It wasn't just Gaydon's finest representing at the Ace Café; Stuttgart's finest made sure of that, thanks to an epic Ultra Violet Porsche 911 GT3 RS. With Porsche recently choosing the Goodwood FOS to showcase the most powerful 911 ever built with the all-new 2017 Porsche 911 GT2 RS, it was equally exciting to see the incredible GT3 RS sibling, showing us why Porsche sure knows how to make a race car for the road.
Elsewhere, the iconic Land Rover brand was represented by the very latest in design; as well as a unique take on the legendary Defender. This was due to Car Café welcoming the very latest Range Rover Velar. With stunning, elegant looks and a host of trick features it held its own amongst the more expensive metal on show. The Chelsea Truck Co. were also in attendance, showcasing their take on the legendary Land Rover Defender - the incredible End Edition featuring a bold Volcanic Cobalt Blue paint finish.
As well as supercars and SUVs, enthusiasts in their performance cars such as the ever-popular Mk3 Focus RS, could be seen chatting cars with one another whilst tucking into their full English! It was great to meet a varied selection of petrolheads and car spotters and share another successful morning of everything cars!
