2 Free Services Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Criteria

  • All new models ordered and registered between 01 March 2023 – 31 March 2023 (inclusive). Orders before 01 March 2023 will not be eligible.
  • Offer applies to existing customers only.
  • Offer applies to all private retail and small business.
  • Offer Excludes: V-Class, EQ & PHEV engines, G-Class, Mercedes-AMG C 63 S, GLC 63 S, SL 55, SL 63, GT & Mercedes-Maybach

Offer

  • Allows for the first ‘2 Services’ due on the vehicle for ‘Free’ at any Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer in the UK as part of a Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare plan. Taken at the relevant mileage intervals. Covering x1 A Service and x1 B Service.
  • The ServiceCare plan will include the routine maintenance required on the vehicle in line with Mercedes-Benz Manufacturer guidelines, a full inspection plus those items needed at each service including, but not limited to oil/filter change.
  • The ServiceCare Plan, once active, is a contract between the Customer and Mercedes-Benz UK Limited directly.
  • Once the vehicle is registered and plan activated, the customer will receive a copy of their Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare Plan Contract within 30 days of vehicle handover.
  • The ServiceCare plan is applicable only for the vehicle where the campaign is offered. ServiceCare plans are non-transferable between vehicles.
  • The ServiceCare plan has been paid upfront by MBUK, any unused services on the plan remain with the vehicle. In the event the vehicle is sold with unused services, these can be passed onto a new owner. Notification of a transfer of ownership must be made to MBUK ahead of booking a Service at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
  • This offer can be used in conjunction with all other applicable sales campaigns except other ServiceCare campaigns.
  • This Offer is provided by Mercedes-Benz UK Limited and in addition to these terms and conditions, is subject to the terms and conditions of the ServiceCare Plan.
  • The terms of the offer may be amended and/or withdrawn by Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, at any time, without prior notice.
  • There is no cash or credit alternative to the offer and it is non-negotiable.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and as determined by the courts of England and Wales.

*Eligibility: Offer applies to Mercedes-Benz UK Limited existing customers only and is only applicable on qualifying Mercedes-Benz (not available on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, EQ & PHEV engines, G-Class, Mercedes-AMG C 63 S, GLC 63 S, SL 55, SL 63, GT & Mercedes-Maybach).

  • Offer Excludes: Non-EQ models, non-PHEV Petrol models, non-PHEV Diesel models & V-Class

Offer

Offer applies to existing customers only purchasing a new car. The offer is in relation to the specific customer only and cannot be transferred to an alternative customer.

The offer displayed is valid to the specified customer for the validity period shown. There is no cash alternative to the offer.

Model exclusions ICE Petrol & Diesel models, EQV, Mercedes-AMG GT & Mercedes-Maybach

Excludes Isle of Man (IOM), Jersey and Guernsey. Please contact your Agent to discuss alternative offers.

This offer can be used in conjunction with all other applicable Sales Campaigns. Offer is applicable to both finance and non-finance customers.
