Chris Cox, Body Centre Leader at Stratstone Body Centre in Stourbridge, achieved 100% audit score in a full Jaguar and Land Rover review. Chris and the team are the only team nationally to achieve 100%.
To become an Approved Body Repairer each business has to undergo 1 full audit per year and are subjected to spot checks without notice by the manufacturer. Audits cover many areas including customer satisfaction, training, workshop, health and safety, and equipment checks. Chris (left) was presented his certificate by Darren Bright (right) JLR Body and Paint Regional Director.
In addition, Chris has also won Business Leader for three consecutive quarters for the most non fault claims processed through our accident repair facility.
The team at Stourbridge are consistently a top performing team.
