Stratstone is excited to announce we will be partnering with UFit Fitness and Fitness Space Cardiff to launch the next event in the Stratstone 'Live for the City' Sweat Series, which is being hosted by our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Cardiff on Sunday 4th August between 10 am and 2 pm.

UFit Fitness is Cardiff's leading fitness facility with the highest spec gym equipment and social community, specialising in health and extending their knowledge of the sport and fitness industry to their clients, who can also learn more through an academy.

Fitness Space Cardiff are centrally located in Windsor Place in Cardiff City Centre, and boast fully-equipped studios, which offer a training space for members to achieve their fitness goals, while being able to utilise the support of their Fitness Coaches.

Throughout the morning Stratstone will host four fitness classes led by the brands mentioned above.

Each fitness class represents an element of the New Range Rover Evoque; Performance, Connection, Power and Comfort.

Performance - G does UFit Bootcamp

You are in the G's Army now! Be prepared to be pushed to the limit in this heavy-duty conditioning class, using your own body weight and strength equipment. Open to all levels of fitness but do not expect to stand at ease.
