Range and Performance
Producing a combined 398bhp and 471lb ft of torque from the 2.0-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine and 105kW electric motor, the New Jaguar F-PACE plug-in electric hybrid model can accelerate from 0 to 62mph in a remarkable time of around 5.0 seconds and emits a significantly low amount of CO2 emissions, from 49g/km.
Fuel economy is impressively up to 130.2mpg and if that doesn't please you, the new P400e can achieve up to 33 miles of all-electric driving, when the battery is fully charged. Resulting in the average UK commuter being able to complete their daily commute of 18.8 miles to and from work without needing to recharge.
Driver engagement is increased thanks to the steering wheel shift paddles, which can be used to control Jaguar's 8-speed automatic gearbox.
Charging
Charging the P400e is straightforward and can be done at home, work or at one of the many convenient Jaguar Charging stations around the UK, just by simply plugging the vehicle in.
In just 30 minutes the battery can be charged from 0 to 80 percent using 32kW DC fast charging. Alternatively, a domestic 7kW wall box can be used to provide a charge of 0 to 80 percent in as little as 1 hour 40 minutes.
A slower, yet just as effective, method of charging is using a 3-pin domestic socket to charge the New F-PACE plug-in electric hybrid, charging to 80 percent from 0 in 5 hours and 30 minutes.
