Wheeler Dealers: Season 2 (2004)
There were certainly some stand out vehicles in season two, with a 1990 Peugeot 205 GTi and 1989 BMW 325i Touring taking centre stage.
It actually beggars belief that both these cars could be picked up for £1,000 or less in 2004. Fast forward to the present day and you will be paying comfortably over £5,000 for each of those models.
A pleasant surprise is how reasonable prices for the MK1 Toyota MR2 have remained over the years, with a decent example costing around £5,000. That is not a lot of money for a mid-engine sports car that weighs about as much as a patio heater.
Although we highly doubt you will be able to pick one up for the £500 Mike forked out all those years ago.
