The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the Audi A1 range is between 48.8-52.4 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 122g/km and 132g/km. Official fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the Audi Q2 range is between 43.4-48.8 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 132g/km and 148g/km. Official fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the Audi A3 range is between 46.1-59.4 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 117g/km and 139g/km. Official fuel consumption in mpg for the Audi S3 range is between 32.6 mpg and 35.2 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 183g/km and 197g/km.
