From 26th December, all of our dealerships will be open for click & collect and home delivery services. Our forecourts will be open to the public, however our showrooms will be closed. Aftersales departments remain fully operational.

If your vehicle requires a service or MOT, then you'll need to pre-book using our online booking system. Alternatively, you can call your preferred Stratstone retailer to arrange an appointment.
You'll also need to book an appointment to arrange a Click and Collect sale or home delivery, but one of our team will help book you in once you've found the car you want.

England and Wales: Yes, all dealerships are offering virtual test drives. Start your search here.
Scotland: Yes. We are able to provide unaccompanied test drives in-line with Social Distancing guidance. To protect our customers on an unaccompanied test drives, new temporary control measures have been implemented:
- DVLA have agreed to temporarily widen the extent of use of trade plates to customers.
- Insurance cover will be provided for unaccompanied sales demonstrations with various risk controls and measures in place to protect you and our business.
- Unaccompanied test drives will be undertaken on a pre-determined route which will be provided to you before your test drive.
Please remember to bring your driving licence with you and a Utility bill dated in the last 3 months for proof of address (electronic utility bills are also acceptable).
Yes, but we’ve made some changes to keep everyone safe. Once you’ve received a valuation and proceeded to book an appointment, our team will be touch to ask some further questions about the car. We’ll also need some photos and electronic copies of documentation from you to confirm the valuation amount ahead of your arrival. At your drop off appointment an Associate will meet you, socially distanced outside the store and provided everything is as described, the money can be in your account the next working day.

Yes, every vehicle that comes into our care is comprehensively sanitised using an isopropyl alcohol-based sanitiser.
