Terms and Conditions

*The Promoter of the ‘Win Rugby Tickets for the Slater Cup at Villa Park’ Test Drive Promotion is Stratstone Automotive Limited, registered in England No 00153658, registered Office of Loxley House, 2 Oakwood Court, Little Oak Drive Annesley, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG15 0DR. By participating in the ‘Win Rugby Tickets for the Slater Cup at Villa Park’ Test Drive Promotion, you (“You”, the “Entrant”) expressly accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility

1.1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents; or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

1.2. Test drive of a New or Approved Used Land Rover or Approved Jaguar at Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton is required for entry. Entrants must book a standard test drive of up to 1 hour in order to enter the promotion. The test drive should last at least 10 minutes long and cover a distance of at least 5 miles. Extended test drives of 24 hours or more are not eligible for entry.

1.3. No purchase necessary. Internet access required to visit https://www.stratstone.com/dealers/land-rover-wolverhampton/ and contact the store to arrange a test drive.

1.4. Maximum of 1 entry into the Prize Draw per person, no matter how many Test Drives are booked and completed. Maximum of 1 prize per person. Entrants are not eligible to win or claim more than one prize.

2. Promotional Period

2.1. The Test Drive Booking Period will open at 00.01 on 1^st February 2026 and close at 17.00 on 22^nd March 2026 (“Test Drive Period”).

2.2. Test Drives must be completed by 18.00 on 22^nd March 2026 for entry into the Prize Draw to be valid (“Promotion Period).

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must book a Test Drive during the Test Drive Period and have completed the Test Drive during the full Promotion Period. Entrants will be asked to select appointment date and time, and provide their full name, email address and phone number at the time of making the test drive booking.

3.2. The Test Drive must be booked either by contacting the store at https://www.stratstone.com/dealers/land-rover-wolverhampton/, or on site at Graiseley Hill, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV2 4HQ.

3.3. Test Drive appointments are subject to availability.

3.4. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

3.5. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Prize Draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

4. The Prize

4.1. There are 3 (three) prizes available to be won in total, each consisting of 1 (one) pair of tickets for the Gloucester’s leg of The Slater Cup on 28th March 2026 at Villa Park Stadium, Trinity Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B6 6HE.

4.2. The winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the Prize. This includes all costs and expenses incurred from use of the Prize.

4.3. No cash or alternative prize will be provided and the Prize is non-transferable.

4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner chosen at the same time as the first name(s) were selected.

4.5 The Promoter’s decision to select any winner is final and we shall have no responsibility to anyone who has not responded. We also reserve the right not to correspond on any matter.

4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary and in the Promoter’s sole discretion.

5. Winners Selection and Notification

5.1. Three winners will be drawn from all eligible Test Drive participants within 3 days of the end of the Promotion Period, no later than 25/03/2026. The winners will be selected at random.

5.2. The winners will be informed of their win by Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton after the end of the Promotion and the drawing process. The winner will be informed by phone and/or email within 5 working days of the prize draw date, using the phone number and email address provided when booking the test drive.

5.3. The winners will be asked to confirm acceptance of the prize. within 5 days of the end of the Promotion Period, no later than 27/03/2026.

5.4. In the case that the prize winners do not respond in time, reject their prize or are ineligible, another winner will be selected. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account and phone line during this time in case they are the winners.

5.5. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information they provide.

5.6. The prize winners are responsible for their own travel expenses.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. By participating, you confirm that:

6.1.1. Your participation does not violate any third-party rights.

6.1.2. You consent to the creation and use of photographs and videos of yourself in connection with the Promotion. This material may be used in media channels, including social media, newsletters, and websites.

6.2. Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Wolverhampton reserves the right to exclude individuals from participating in the Promotion if there are legitimate reasons, such as a violation of the terms and conditions, and reserves the right to take legal action.

6.3. Entry data will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which can be found at https://www.stratstone.com/legal/privacy-notice/. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to: uk_dataprotection@lithia.com.

7. Complaints

7.1. All disputes or complaints relating to the Promotion or Prize Draw should be referred to the Promoter. Please include the details of the Prize Draw and the nature of your complaint and the Promoter will promptly respond to your complaint.

8. Third Party Rights

8.1. No person who is not a party to an Agreement shall have any right pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of such Agreement.

9. Applicable Law

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

10. General

10.1. Test Drives are available across event dates and are subject to availability. Drivers must be age 18 and over. Test Drives are dependent on Driving Licence checks and additional proof of ID. Test Drives are subject to an insurance excess and are limited to 10 miles. Other restrictions and exclusions apply.

10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Prize or extend or resume the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Prize can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or for any other reasons.
