Once your car has reached 3 years old, you are required by law to have a MOT test carried out every year.

By taking your car to a Mercedes-Benz Retailer, you can be sure that all work is carried out by a trained Mercedes-Benz technician.

During the MOT (Ministry of Transport) test, an approved tester checks that your car meets minimum acceptable road safety and environmental standards.  The MOT tester checks a wide range of your car’s components, including vehicle structure, exhaust emissions, seat belts, doors, mirrors, brakes, lights, wipers, washers and your windscreen.

How much does a Mercedes-Benz service cost?

When you bring your vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz Retailer for a service, we give you a fixed price so you know exactly how much the service will cost before any work is carried out.

Because we fix the price of our services, you get Mercedes-Benz service costs that make sense, year after year. Plus you can rest assured that the service will be carried out by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians using Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts.

When extended service items such as spark plugs and fuel filters must be replaced to comply with the manufacturers replacement schedule, these will be quoted and invoiced separately.


How much does a Mercedes-Benz service plan cost?

Mercedes-Benz Service Care is the easiest way to manage your service costs. By making a small monthly payment, you can spread the cost of essential services.

Prices start at just £30* a month.

We guarantee the price of parts and labour for up to four services. This includes any recommended parts replacements such as brake fluid, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter and screen wash.

You can arrange your services at any Mercedes-Benz Retailer in the UK, where our Mercedes-Benz-trained technicians use Genuine Parts that come with two years unlimited mileage warranty.

*Based on A 200 d. Based on 15,500 miles per annum, 3 services over 3 years. Models less than 12 months old.

*Stratstone Mercedes-Benz 5 Day Price Guarantee. If you can find an identical service or repair at a competitor business within a 15 mile radius outside the Stratstone Group, or an identical tyre from Kwik Fit for less, within 5 days of the date of your service invoice, we will refund the difference in price. Competitor tyre price must include fitting, valve, balancing and disposal. Claims submitted under the Price Guarantee must be accompanied by a genuine written quotation from the competitor business.
