The EU has developed a new test to measure fuel consumption and CO₂ figures called the Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP). Official combined fuel consumption in miles per gallon for the MINI Cooper range between 44.8-47.1 mpg and CO₂ emission figures range between 134g/km and 142g/km. Official consumption (combined) for the All-Electric MINI range is between 4.0 – 4.4 miles/kWh. Values are provided for comparison only, to the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges and do not relate to an individual car or constitute part of the offer. For electric vehicles, only compare equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values.
