Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Stockton Wins Most Improved Retailer of the Year 2021

Jaguar and Land Rover Stockton are celebrating their recent success in a manufacturer-ran annual awards scheme.
The dealership has been named as the Most Improved Retailers of the Year within Jaguar Land Rover's Retailer of the Year Awards 2021.
Whilst competition was fierce, the dual-brand Stratstone site in Stockton-on-Tees received both the Jaguar and Land Rover Most Improved Retailer awards after being measured across various key areas of the business, including customer service.
Commenting on the award, Trevor Fussey, Managing Director of Stratstone, said;
“2021 was a tough year for everyone but these awards are well-deserved recognition for the incredible work being done by Kris Robson and the team in Stockton. Their commitment and dedication to their customers and the community in which they live and work has resulted in significant improvements over the past 12 months.
Jaguar Land Rover have implemented a new set of scoring criteria for 2022 and looking at our January performance we’re confident that we will have another successful year”.
The site in Stockton-on-Tees is home to the latest new and approved used Jaguar and Land Rover models as well as a variety of superb aftersales facilities.
