You also receive MOT protection, a Warranty and 12 months of Roadside Assistance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS: 7 DAY PRICE GUARANTEE
At Lithia UK, we’re so sure you’ll find the best price for your next vehicle that we guarantee it.
If within seven (7) days of the date of your purchase with Lithia UK you can find a like for like Approved Used car offer at a competitor for less, we will adjust the price equal to the difference between the original price and the reduced price (the “Price Guarantee”), providing that the following conditions are met:
1. Eligibility
1.1 A vehicle will be classified as a like for like vehicle where it is of the same make, model, colour, specification, registration plate year, any applicable vehicle manufacturer approved used scheme or status, with an equivalent period of unexpired MOT (where applicable), having a verified mileage within 2,500 miles of the vehicle ordered.
1.2 The comparison vehicle must be available for sale and capable of being purchased for the advertised price, at a franchised approved dealership which must be locally based and established within 50 miles of a Lithia UK dealership where you placed your order.
1.3 The Price Guarantee is only applicable to qualifying Approved Used vehicles purchased from Lithia UK both online or at one of our dealerships.
1.4 Price shall mean the publicly displayed and advertised retail price of a vehicle inclusive of VAT available to all customers, excluding any sale prices, discounted prices or reduced prices available in connection with any available promotional offers or prices which arise as a result of an administration, receivership, liquidation, insolvency or possible insolvency, bankruptcy, winding up or other similar event.
1.5 Any vehicle previously owned by Lithia UK or its employees (ex-demonstrators or staff vehicles) is excluded from the Price Guarantee.
2. Submitting a claim
2.1 You will be required to provide all such information relating to the alternative offer in a timely and suitable manner which should include the details of the like for like vehicle.
2.2 The Price Guarantee claim must be sent via email to stratstonecustomercare@stratstone.com and may be claimed on the date of entering into a written Order Form with Lithia UK or up to seven (7) calendar days of this date. Incomplete requests will not be considered valid or processed.
3. If your Price Guarantee claim is assessed to be valid
3.1 We will upon receipt of a valid claim and at its sole discretion agree a price adjustment equal to the difference between the original purchase price from Lithia UK and the vehicle advertised by the competitor dealer.
3.2 Where we agree a refund under the Price Guarantee, any payment will be paid in GBP (£), and to an account nominated by you in writing, within thirty (30) days of a valid claim being received.
4. Discretionary Changes
Lithia UK reserves the right to modify or cancel the Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Price Guarantee will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Lithia UK be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or related to the Price Guarantee, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
6.1 The Price Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
6.2 By making a purchase from Lithia UK, you agree to these terms and conditions of the Price Guarantee.
