Terms and Conditions

We are a credit broker, not a lender or an independent financial advisor. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which will have different interest rates and charges. We do not charge you a fee. Whichever lender we introduce you to we will receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow).

The lenders we work with pay us commission at different rates. The amount of commission we received does not affect the amount that you pay under your credit agreement.

Finance is subject to status. Guarantees may be required. We are an insurance intermediary acting on behalf of the insurer and not you, the customer. We arrange policies with the insurer on your behalf. You do not pay us a fee. We earn monies based on the difference between the policy premium paid by you and the cost to us to provide the cover. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit-related regulated activities and insurance distribution activities, see FCA Information.

Lithium-ion batteries, of the type used in most electric vehicles (including Audi electric vehicles) have a restricted lifespan. Battery capacity will reduce over time, with use and charging. You should not rely on new car performance figures (including battery capacity and range), in relation to used vehicles with older batteries, as they will not reflect used vehicle performance in the real world.
