Terms and Conditions

We are a credit broker, not a lender or an independent financial advisor. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which will have different interest rates and charges. We do not charge you a fee. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with pay us commission at different rates. The amount of commission we receive does not affect the amount that you pay under your credit agreement. ²IONITY Charging Voucher is available when purchasing an eligible Approved Used BMW Electric vehicle between 01/10/2026 and 31/12/2026 and delivered by 31/12/2026. The offer applies to Approved Used BMW Electric models only and excludes Approved Used BMW Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. You will receive 100 kWh of complimentary IONITY charging credit and the IONITY charging credit must be redeemed using the unique voucher code provided at handover via the IONITY App. Voucher codes must be activated by 31/03/2027 and remain valid for 9 months from activation date. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the validity period and expired vouchers cannot be reissued or redeemed. ³£200 Service Credit is available on BMW Approved Used vehicles purchased between 01/10/2026 and 31/12/2026 and delivered by 31/12/2026. The £200 credit is only valid for 24 months from the vehicle purchase date and can only be redeemed against a vehicle service at a BMW Authorised Service Centre in the UK. Servicing only when the vehicle indicates a service is required. If not redeemed within 24 months of vehicle purchase, any unused balance will be forfeited. The credit is transferable with the vehicle but cannot be transferred to another vehicle, exchanged for cash, or used after the 24 month validity period. Your BMW’s MOT Protect covers you for any work that needs completing to pass your first MOT inspection. MOT Protect will cover all items with the exception of the windscreen, wheels, tyres and items replaced as part of routine servicing (e.g. brake disks and pads) modified and/or non-BMW components. ⁶Complimentary Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 1 year with all Approved Used BMW. It covers all accidental or mechanical emergencies in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, with assistance and recovery of your car.

⁷BMW Accident Support is a complimentary service available to all BMW drivers, no matter the age or how you purchased your vehicle. Give our dedicated team a call straight after the incident, when it’s safe to do so, and we will help you to contact your insurer. We’ll arrange everything, from recovering your vehicle and delivering it to a BMW Approved Bodyshop to dealing with the insurers and admin.
