Terms and Conditions

We are a credit broker, not a lender or an independent financial advisor. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which will have different interest rates and charges. We do not charge you a fee. Whichever lender we introduce you to, we will receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with pay us commission at different rates. The amount of commission we receive does not affect the amount that you pay under your credit agreement. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit related and insurance distribution activities, further information is available here.

Total Deposit Contribution of £700.00 is from BMW Financial Services.

**If an MOT test is due during your BMW Warranty cover, then any resulting work will be completed free-of-charge. Your BMW’s MOT Protect covers you for any work that needs completing to pass your first MOT inspection. MOT Protect will cover all items with the exception of the windscreen, wheels, tyres and items replaced as part of routine servicing (e.g. brake disks and pads) modified and/or non-BMW components. ^Complimentary Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 1 year with all Approved Used BMW. It covers all accidental or mechanical emergencies in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe, with assistance and recovery of your car.

^^BMW Accident Support is a complimentary service available to all BMW drivers, no matter the age or how you purchased your vehicle. Give our dedicated team a call straight after the incident, when it’s safe to do so, and we will help you to contact your insurer. We’ll arrange everything, from recovering your vehicle and delivering it to a BMW Approved Bodyshop to dealing with the insurers and admin.
