The system uses a number of on-board sensors to continually monitor key components of your vehicle, such as the engine oil and brake pads. When the system detects that a service is required, it will contact your selected BMW retailer via a Teleservice call, who will contact you to arrange an appointment that best suits you.

The data sent via the Teleservice Call allows the retailer to prepare for your visit including ordering in any parts required, minimising waiting time. The system does all this without any input from you, meaning you never have to worry about remembering when your BMW is next due a service.
