Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Stratstone Land Rover free fuel card promotion publicised in October 2026 (“Promotion”).

These general terms and conditions should be read alongside, and are in addition to any specific terms which may be mentioned at point of interaction, in any promotion of, or messages about that promotion on any platform. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions then you should not take part in the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice. Any changes will be posted on www.stratstone.com website. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly to familiarise yourself with any changes.

Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open to all residents of the mainland United Kingdom (specifically excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) aged 18 years or over as at the date of entry. The Promotion is open to retail customers only.

1.2 The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to ask for evidence to verify the age, identity and/or eligibility of any person at any time, and to use any channels and methods available to carry out checks of any details provided. The Promoter may withhold participation in the Promotion until it has received such evidence and failure to provide such evidence may result in the refusal of the Promoter to allow participation in the Promotion.

1.3 Eligibility for a participation in the Promotion is conditional upon the purchase by the participant of an eligible new vehicle from a participating Stratstone Land Rover retailer which is in stock and ordered between the following dates and times:

- 9.00am on 20 October 2026

- 5.00pm on 31 October 2026

The Promoter gives no assurance that eligible vehicles will be available to purchase during this time, which shall at all times be subject to availability. Criteria for vehicle eligibility may be provided by the Promoter at any time and such criteria may be changed at any time.

1.4 In addition to meeting the criteria to participate in the Promotion set out in paragraphs 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, the eligible vehicle ordered by the participant must be delivered to the participant by no later than 31/10/2026 in order for the participant to be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

1.5 The Promotion is available at participating Stratstone Land Rover retailers only. The Promoter gives no assurance as to the participation of any particular retailer, and participating retailers are subject to change at any time.

1.6 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the correctness or acceptability of the information given by a participant or relating thereto, or the operation of any part of the Promotion, network or phone system, the decision of the Promoter shall be final.

1.7 These terms and conditions are supplementary to, and do not vary or amend, the terms and conditions of the Promoter and its Affiliates or any third party relating to the purchase of any vehicle.

2 Fuel Cards

2.1 The Promoter shall have discretion to issue a fuel card provided by a third-party supplier which is pre-loaded with the sum of £1,000 (one thousand pounds sterling) (“Fuel Card”) to eligible participants who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter is not obliged to issue a Fuel Card even where such qualifying criteria are met and may vary or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

2.2 All issued Fuel Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider, over which the Promoter has no control. The third-party provider may require the eligible participant to complete a registration process and/or complete any other eligibility criteria and steps, and to agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the third party provider in relation to the Fuel Card and its use and to take any other steps in connection with the same. The participant agrees by participating in the Promotion to fully comply with all such requirements and to comply with the third-party provider’s terms and conditions in relation to the Fuel Card and its use. The participant understands that failure to do so may make the participant ineligible to participate in the Promotion, and the Promoter shall have no obligation or liability in respect of the same.

2.3 The Fuel Card may also be used at participating fuel retail outlets. The Promoter gives no assurance that any particular fuel retail outlet will or will not accept the Fuel Card. Details of participating fuel retail outlets can be requested from the third-party provider of the Fuel Card.

2.4 The Promoter shall have no obligation or liability in relation to the Fuel Card and its use, beyond issuing the Fuel Card to a participant who meets the eligibility criteria in accordance with these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of any doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for any Fuel Card which is lost or stolen, incorrectly issued or which is faulty or defective.

2.5 Details will be obtained from eligible participants to allow the Fuel Card to be delivered to them. The Promoter is not responsible for any errors or omissions in that information. The Fuel Card will only be delivered to the purchaser of the eligible vehicle.

2.6 The Promotion and the Fuel Card are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and have no alternative cash or cash-equivalent value.

2.7 The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Fuel Card is delivered to the eligible participant within 21 days of the date on which the eligible vehicle is delivered to the participant. However, the Promoter is not responsible for any delay in delivery, including any delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2.8 The Promoter is not responsible for any charges and/or expenses that are incurred by any person in connection with the issue or use of or otherwise in connection with the Fuel Card (or in expectation of the same).

2.9 The Promoter reserves the right to change the Promotion and/or the Fuel Card due to circumstances beyond its control and/or to offer an alternative.

2.10 If the Fuel Card is lost, damaged or destroyed, or is otherwise unusable, this shall be entirely at the participant’s own risk and the Promoter shall not be obliged to issue replacements or substitutions for the same. Any defacement or alteration or attempted alteration, copying or reproduction shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

2.11 The Promoter may refuse to provide the Fuel Card or seek its recovery, in the event of non-entitlement under these terms and conditions or a participant’s breach of these terms and conditions, fraud or dishonesty, or other criminal activity.

2.12 In the event that circumstances arise where the eligible vehicle in respect of which a Fuel Card has been issued is subject to a return or refund, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or recover the Fuel Card at its discretion.

3 Liability

3.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.

3.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their employee’s negligence or for fraud.

3.3 Subject to 3.1 and 3.2 above, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as a participant howsoever arising from participating in the Promotion whether due to any error, omission or other cause by the Promoter.

3.4 Subject to 3.1 and 3.2, the Promoter reserves the right to amend any element of the Promotion beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to the unavailability of any platform or IT system, or for strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, solar flare, compliance with law or governmental order, rule,

regulation or direction, breakdown or plant, machinery or transportation. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to you as a result of any of these occurrences.

3.5 The Promoter cannot promise that any systems relating to the Promotion will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted in a fully operating condition. Services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of any problem with any telephone network or line, system, server, software or for any technical malfunction or failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable in the event that any information or data is lost or not properly received, registered or recorded or where all or any part of the service relating to the Promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

3.6 You agree to reimburse the Promoter in respect of any damage suffered or losses incurred by the Promoter resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your use of the Promotion or the Fuel Card in breach of the terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4 Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Participants will only be included in the Promotion where they have provided an express, unambiguous consent that they wish to participate.

4.2 Information and data (“personal data”) which is provided by you when you enter the Promotion will be held and used by the Promoter and their service providers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion.

4.3 The Promoter will not pass your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes unless you have provided an unambiguous express consent that it may do so.

4.4 Any personal data will be held in connection with the Promoter’s privacy statement, available at www.stratsone.com.

5 General

5.1 You agree that you do not have any commercial relationship with the Promoter.

5.2 These terms and conditions are available in English only and shall be exclusively governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

5.3 The “Promoter” is Pendragon Management Services Limited and any Affiliate of the same. “Affiliate” means any subsidiary undertaking, associated undertaking or parent undertaking or any subsidiary undertaking or associated undertaking of such parent undertaking, and “Affiliates” shall be construed accordingly. “Subsidiary undertaking”, “associated undertaking” and “parent undertaking” have the meanings given to such expressions by the Companies Act 2006 as in force at the opening date of the Promotion.
