Power, Weight, and Features
The BMW R 18 Transcontinental, like other R18 models, uses the excellent 1802cc 2-cylinder boxer engine, which produces 90bhp at 4,750rpm, allowing for characterful power, when you need it.
Weighing in at 427kg, fully fuelled and ready to ride, the R18 Transcontinental is built to do just that, cross continents, relaxed, but never boring.
