Terms and Conditions

We are a credit broker, not a lender or an independent financial advisor. We can introduce you to a limited number of lenders and their finance products which will have different interest rates and charges. We do not charge you a fee. Whichever lender we introduce you to we will receive commission from them (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). The lenders we work with pay us commission at different rates. The amount of commission we received does not affect the amount that you pay under your credit agreement. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for credit related and insurance distribution activities, further information is available here.

The ServiceCare Plan, once active, is a contract between the Customer and Mercedes-Benz UK Limited directly. Applicable only for the vehicle where the campaign is offered. Official consumption (combined) for the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250+ with EQ Technology is between 4.4 miles/kWh and 5.1 miles/kWh. All vehicles are tested according to WLTP technical procedures. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; only compare equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. These figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including the accessories fitted (post-registration), variations in weather, driving styles, vehicle load (and, for battery electric vehicles, the starting charge of the battery). Figures for battery electric vehicles were obtained after the battery had been fully charged. Battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. Zero emissions while driving.
