What is Mercedes-Benz Operating lease?
Mercedes-Benz Operating Lease is a leasing product that allows you to drive a brand new Mercedes-Benz vehicle for fixed monthly payments. Simply pay an upfront rental, set your mileage allowance and define the length of the contract and an advisor will calculate your monthly payments.

At the end of your agreement simply hand the vehicle back at your local Stratstone Mercedes-Benz retailer. There is no option to own the vehicle at the end of your agreement. When you hand the vehicle back you may be subject to any charges due under the agreement including excess mileage, damage charges outside fair wear and tear and extra days' rental. If you miss a payment, Mercedes-Benz will re-request the payment from your account within 7 to 10 working days. If this is still rejected Mercedes-Benz will contact you to let you know that you need to make a payment to avoid additional charges.
By utilising Mercedes-Benz's Finance Portal, you can manage your agreement easily at any time.
As a business customer, you may be able to reclaim VAT on vehicles used for business. Please speak to you tax or HMRC advisor for further information.
- Paying and arranging the vehicle's tax.
- Ensuring the vehicle is insured.
- Maintaining the vehicle through an authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.
- Any additional charges for use outside your agreement or damage exceeding normal wear and tear, these will be payable upon returning your Operating Lease vehicle.
