By simply accessing the app, you are able to access key vehicle information such as security updates and vehicle condition notifications, as well as convenient route planning and vehicle pre-conditioning tools to ensure you are ready for whatever is ahead.
To access the Mercedes-Benz app, simply download the app from your device's app store, log in with your Mercedes me ID, and pair your account with your vehicle. From there, you are always connected to your Mercedes-Benz.

Additional protection is also available if you are handing over the keys to service providers or other individuals.
