New Mercedes-Benz GLA Offers

Modern and sporty, the GLA SUV has a muscular appearance thanks to its powerful overall proportions and new exterior design. The front grille is newly designed with vertical louvres and horizontal fin, and the front bumper and bonnet have also been revamped. The vehicle's off-road character is emphasised by the all-round protective cladding, which adds structure to the overall proportions.

Reinforcing the self-assured presence are the wheels, up to 20 inches in size, which are mounted flush with the outer edge of the body. Depending on the chosen equipment line, integrated roof rails, and chrome-plated load sill protection are practical details that may be available as options.

One of the most important features of the new Mercedes-Benz GLA is the added space. The boot capacity has also increased and features a height-adjustable load floor as standard. Due to being more than 10 centimetres higher than its predecessor, the new GLA offers enhanced headroom in the front and a generous amount of legroom in the rear.

Powerful and efficient 4-cylinder petrol and diesel engines feature in the new GLA. The petrol engines are electrified throughout, providing better consumption and emissions.

The range topping Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC is powered by a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbo engine producing 302bhp, resulting in an acceleration from 0 to 62mph in an outstanding 5.1 seconds.

The new model comes equipped with the optional (standard with the Mercedes-AMG GLA 35 4MATIC) 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive system with fully variable torque distribution. 4MATIC models feature the Off-Roading Engineering Package as standard, which is useful for easy off-road terrain.

For the most efficient model in the range, the GLA 250 e returns an impressive 201.8mpg and the plug-in powertrain delivers an all-electric range of around 40 miles. There is also a GLA 180 Sport Edition version too.
