Why buy an Approved Used Mercedes-Benz EQV?
Launched in 2019, the EQV is essentially an electric version of the ultra-practical V-Class.
There is a 201bhp electric motor mounted on the front axle which powers the EQV, along with a 90kWh battery, which ensures the EQV can offer 226 miles of electric range.
0 to 62mph is not going to feel rapid, and you perhaps would not want pace in this people mover, hence the 12.1 second time it takes, which will be fine for a car of this type.
As for running costs, due to the electric nature, it will cost less in fuel, whilst tyres etc will be about the same as the combustion engined V-Class. However, insurance will be more expensive on the EQV as it sits in group 50, which is the highest available.
As for practicality, with seven seats as standard, there is lots of room, and van-like load space if you lower the rear seats - unsurprising being based on a van. Even with seven seats in use, the boot offers a massive 1,030 litres.
Up to 226 miles of electric range is possible with the Mercedes-Benz EQV.
The EQ is Mercedes-Benz's identifier for its electric vehicles, whilst the V expresses it very much like the V-Class. This makes it easier for customer identification.
Depending on method chosen, the EQV can be charged in as little as 30 minutes using a rapid charger, or around 8 hours when using an 11kW AC charger.
The Mercedes-Benz EQV offers seating for seven.
